Hojicha Powder

Hojicha is made by roasting green tea with a high temperature.
The color of this tea looks like Coffee or Chocolate powder, but it’s rich aroma
is useful as an ingredient for cooking meals or sweets. Especially, it is recommended
to use with baked confectionery, like Galette or Financier.
