Makinohara Tea(Fukami)
Compared to regular sencha, “Fukamushi-cha” (deep-steamed green tea) is steamed for a longer period of time.
By extending the steaming time to two to three times longer than standard sencha, it draws out a richer body and deeper umami flavor while reducing bitterness and astringency, resulting in a smooth and mellow taste.
Because it has less bitterness and an exceptionally gentle flavor, it can be enjoyed by everyone — from adults to children.
