Kabusecha

Kabusecha is a type of Japanese tea grown under shade for about two weeks before harvesting. The tea bushes are covered with materials such as komo (straw mats) or kanreisha (shade cloth) to block sunlight.
Unlike Gyokuro, which is shaded for a longer period, Kabusecha undergoes a shorter shading process, resulting in a unique flavor that combines the mellow sweetness of Gyokuro with the refreshing astringency of Sencha.
Characterized by its deep green leaves and vibrant liquor, Kabusecha offers a perfect balance of aroma, taste, and appearance—an exquisite tea for true tea connoisseurs.
