Founded in 1876, Nagamine Tea Corp. is a tea wholesaler with a history spanning over 140 years.
Based in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, we combine traditional methods with the latest technology to produce high-quality Japanese tea. In addition to our classic offerings, we have actively been developing a new lactic acid-fermented tea inspired by our traditional production techniques.

Ashikubo, the birthplace of Shizuoka tea, boasts a history of 800 years. Nestled in the mountains, the limited sunlight gives our tea its uniquely rich and sweet flavor. Run by skilled farmers, we offer hands-on experiences that directly connect visitors with our tea traditions.

We handle everything from tea processing at our ISO 22000-certified factory to sales. This certification ensures that every product we create is safe and of the highest quality. We also offer OEM production services.
In 2024, we proudly launched Sawada Matcha, a premium Japanese tea brand. Produced in Japan and branded in the USA, Sawada Matcha is specifically designed for use in cafés.

SOMA is dedicated to expanding the production and export of organic matcha, setting us apart from most pesticide-grown matcha worldwide.Founded by a team of farmers and tea traders, our Kawane factory is one of Japan’s largest and the first to export organic matcha that meets international standards. We are actively working to expand our large-scale organic tea system across the regions of Kawane, Shimada, and Fujieda.

As Shizuoka’s top matcha producer, we come from a premier gyokuro region in Japan. Since the Edo period, our farm has specialized in organic gyokuro, managing every stage of tea-making ourselves. Our commitment to strict organic practices means we grow our tea without pesticides, focusing instead on nurturing the land’s natural strength.

Founded in 1993, JA HAINAN was formed by three agricultural cooperatives in southern Haibara.
